Backpocket Dubuque (BPTRDBQ LLC) sends text messages to guests who provide a mobile number.

Event and order messages. When you send an event or catering inquiry, book an event or place a catering order and provide your mobile number, you agree to receive texts about that inquiry, booking or order: confirmations, reminders, availability and replies to your questions.

Marketing messages. We send promotional texts only if you separately opt in to receive them.

• Message frequency varies.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts.

• Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase or booking.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
